Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handling inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Explaining Better Orders services and pricing clearly
- Converting enquiries into paying clients
- On-boarding new clients and collecting required information
- Managing ongoing client communication
- Tracking subscriptions and payments
- Coordinating internal work using Trello
- Identifying opportunities for package upgrades and premium services
Confident communicator (phone, WhatsApp, email)
- Comfortable speaking with takeaway and restaurant owners
- Sales or client-facing experience preferred
- Organised, reliable, and target-driven
- Comfortable using basic tools (WhatsApp, Trello, Google Docs)
Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
Previous experience in business development, purchasing, procurement, negotiation, vendor management, or supply chain coordination is highly preferred.
Strong phone presence, confident communication style, and ideally a background in sales or customer-facing roles.
Solid business acumen, strong research abilities, and a proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities.
Experienced in FMCG field is preferred.
Ability to assess suppliers, compare pricing, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong business relationships.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive business concepts.
Work Environment and Expectations:
On-site/ part Time Nasr City, Cairo
Sunday to Thursday | 12:30 pm 5:00 PM
Salary + commission per client on-boarded
Possibility of role restructuring as the business grows
Desired Candidate Profile
