Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Follow up on sales operations and ensure alignment with monthly and annual sales plans; prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Monitor customer collections in all forms and follow up on open customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
Track purchases and invoices and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy of financial and administrative data.
Ensure goods are delivered to customers on time and according to the required specifications.
Follow up on customer deliveries by coordinating with the logistics department to maintain service quality.
Prepare plans for required raw materials or forecasted sales based on demand analysis and sales data.
Monitor raw material stock and customer samples to ensure availability and proper stock levels.
Attend exhibitions and events, conduct customer visits, build relationships with new clients, and promote the company's products.
Follow up on product returns, identify causes, and prepare analytical reports to support operational improvements.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager as needed to support business operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in sales account management, preferably within the chemical or industrial sector.
Experience in sales coordination, customer follow-up, or administrative support.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Good MS Office skills.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Good in English.
