Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

DUTIES:

  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve sales objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate products and solutions.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, etc.) to deliver client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Provide sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and client meetings as required.


Desired Candidate Profile

Degree: Bachelor s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Master s is a plus).

Language: Excellent command of English both spoken and written.

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in sales in manufacture industry.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
