Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the utility, real estate, and smart city sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company s client base and market presence.
- Present and demonstrate Amjaad Technology s smart metering and IoT solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and address market needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the assigned territory or sector.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to management.
- Represent Amjaad Technology at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and resolving client issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-7 years of proven experience in sales account management, preferably within the technology, IoT, or utility sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of smart metering, utility management, or IoT solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
