Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize sales performance and increase market share of assigned products.
  • Achieve sales and collection targets consistently, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular field visits to maintain optimal coverage of the customer list and provide best-in-class service.
  • Maintain an accurate and updated customer database to understand client needs and identify market gaps.
  • Analyze market insights and customer behavior to support both short-term and long-term business goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders in the healthcare and educational sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and customer satisfaction.br>
  • Job Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare and/or educational sales is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.br> Other Requirements:
  • Ownership of a car is an advantage.
  • Versatile and willing to travel across governorates within the assigned territory.
  • Preferred residence: Cairo or Giza.
