Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales performance and increase market share of assigned products.
- Achieve sales and collection targets consistently, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain optimal coverage of the customer list and provide best-in-class service.
- Maintain an accurate and updated customer database to understand client needs and identify market gaps.
- Analyze market insights and customer behavior to support both short-term and long-term business goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders in the healthcare and educational sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business strategies and customer satisfaction.br>
- Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in healthcare and/or educational sales is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.br> Other Requirements:
- Ownership of a car is an advantage.
- Versatile and willing to travel across governorates within the assigned territory.
- Preferred residence: Cairo or Giza.
