Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key business accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored messaging solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and act as the main point of contact for escalations.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- 2-9 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the telecommunications or messaging solutions industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of business messaging products such as Bulk SMS, A2P SMS, and related services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
