Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Premium Account Management
  1. Build and maintain deep relationships with specialty caf s, roasters, and hospitality groups
  2. Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts with a focus on long-term partnership, not one-off sales
  3. Identify opportunities for upgrades, additional locations, grinders, customization, and service agreements

Consultative Sales

  1. Lead thoughtful discovery conversations around coffee quality, volume, workflow, and brand positioning
  2. Conduct professional equipment demonstrations and tastings
  3. Design tailored equipment solutions aligned with each customer s concept and growth plans
  4. Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and equipment specifications

Cross-Functional Coordination

  1. Work closely with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure flawless installations
  2. Act as the bridge between customer expectations and internal execution
  3. Follow through from the first conversation to post-installation satisfaction

Brand Representation

  1. Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and deep product knowledge
  2. Educate customers on craftsmanship, technology, and design philosophy
  3. Attend industry events, coffee competitions, and community gatherings

Sales Planning & Reporting

  1. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
  2. Track pipeline and performance against targets
  3. Provide market feedback on trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Qualifications & Experience
  1. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management
  2. Experience in specialty coffee, hospitality, or premium equipment sales strongly preferred
  3. Proven ability to manage high-value, relationship-driven accounts
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  5. Strong appreciation for quality, design, and craftsmanship
  6. Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
