Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for Fluting and Testliner products.
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the paper and packaging industry.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct regular visits to corrugators and box plants to understand technical needs (GSM, BF/RCT, moisture, reel sizes).
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, production, quality control, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years and up to 7 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the paper, packaging, or manufacturing industries.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts in a B2B environment.
Ability to understand technical parameters in paper (GSM, RCT/BF, moisture, runnability).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, including excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, (CRM use is preferable).
Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and site visits as required.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
Valid driver s license.
