Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and target new business opportunities in the software and hardware market.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in alignment with company policies.

2. Account Management

Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction.

Build long-term relationships with clients to increase loyalty and repeat business.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Monitor client accounts, payment status, and contract renewals.

3. Product Knowledge & Market Insights

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company s software and hardware offerings.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper solution design and delivery.

Coordinate with the marketing department for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.

Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the IT sector.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

knowledge of IT hardware, software, and service solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all organizational levels.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

V. Good in English; additional language skills are a plus.
