Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Develop and present tailored IT solutions to meet client needs, collaborating closely with technical teams.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both clients and the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth areas.
  • Arrange meetings with clients and make presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or Account Executive in the system integration or IT solutions industry.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of system integration offerings and IT market trends.
  • Familiarity sales tracking tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
