Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, research, and outreach.
- Develop and present tailored IT solutions to meet client needs, collaborating closely with technical teams.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both clients and the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify growth areas.
- Arrange meetings with clients and make presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing support and account management, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager or Account Executive in the system integration or IT solutions industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Solid understanding of system integration offerings and IT market trends.
- Familiarity sales tracking tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
