Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing client accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the household & tableware glass industry.
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports.
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales account management, preferably within industrial manufacturing or B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing and post-sales support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective, customized solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
