Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Understand client needs and position Reyada s solutions (Digital Experience, RPA & AI, Infrastructure & Data) to address business challenges.
  • Work closely with presales and business solutions teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and tailored demos.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM (Bitrix24).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to strengthen market positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, cloud services, or enterprise software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
