Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Understand client needs and position Reyada s solutions (Digital Experience, RPA & AI, Infrastructure & Data) to address business challenges.
- Work closely with presales and business solutions teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and tailored demos.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM (Bitrix24).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to strengthen market positioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM, cloud services, or enterprise software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
