Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key clients (ICT companies, facility management firms, government entities, and large corporations).
  • Sell the company s solutions: events, B2B training programs, sponsorships, and marketing communications solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and technical offers tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the target markets
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors, providing recommendations to refine sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing and event management teams to ensure successful execution and value delivery to clients.
  • Attend events and exhibitions to expand the network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and follow-up plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior B2B sales experience, preferably in events, training, or services sectors.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English .
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems .
