Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales account management for Sudan and part of Libya markets

  • Maintaining strong relationships with the existing partners and developing new partners in the assigned region
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors
  • Achieving assigned sales and profitability targets across the company s product portfolio
  • Identify new sales opportunities across the company s product portfolio
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring partners receive all required information clearly and on time
  • Insure accurate financial and technical offers while maintaining the company s target profit margin
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and close deals in line with company strategy
  • Track order processing, delivery until completion
  • Follow up on payment collection until the full amount is received
  • Provide regular reports on sales, pipeline, and collection status
  • Collaborate with finance, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Adhere to company policies, documentation standards, and approval procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

Sales account management for Sudan and part of Libya markets

  • 4-5 years experience in selling network and cybersecurity solutions and B2B business preferably in Libya & Sudan market .
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering or computer science or equivalent.
  • Effective selling & negotiation skills.
  • Problem Solving skills to solve problems related to customers.
  • Analytical ability for analyzing customer business needs in the market.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Fluent in English written & spoken.
