Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
2. Develop positive relationships with clients.
3. Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs.
4. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
5. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
6. Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
7. Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
8. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
9. Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
10. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Skills:
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Professional and effective verbal and written Arabic/English communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to solve problems creatively and independently, and work well with various team members across different departments
- Excellent client presentation development and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree preferred in communication or electrical engineering
- 3-5 years of Proven work experience as a B2B Sales account manager in IT services & security solutions is a must.
- Hands on experience in IT services & security solutions products such as; (IOT &AI, Smart cities, active network components, audio visual solutions, Hologram tables, Electro Mechanical solutions, etc.).
- Previous experience in generating leads within Banking, Telecom, and Oil & Gas Sectors is highly preferred
- ability to deliver excellent customer experience
Other:
Own a car is a must.
Desired Candidate Profile
