Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sales prospects.
- Present and promote Star Media Agency s services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Participate in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the agency and build professional networks.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
