Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and present tailored sales proposals and solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and technical teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Coordinate and participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and pitches as required.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and remotely as part of a home-based team.
