Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to clients, showcasing Trust Technology Solutions products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and support, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans to management.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in sales account management in IT or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
