Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Penetration & Growth: Actively identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, retail, industrial, and residential sectors within Egypt.
- Integrated Solution Design: Conduct site surveys and design comprehensive proposals that integrate Physical Security (CCTV, VMS, Access Control) with Fire Alarm and Fire-Fighting systems.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with consultants, contractors, and project owners to ensure TTC is the preferred partner for security and fire projects.
- Tender & Proposal Leadership: Manage the complete sales cycle for large-scale projects, including responding to tenders, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and delivering technical submittals.
- Technical Compliance: Advise clients on the most effective and scalable solutions while ensuring full compliance with Egyptian Fire Codes and NFPA standards.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM and provide weekly forecasts to the Managing Director and Finance Department.
- Internal Coordination: Act as the primary technical link between the client and the internal Technical Department (led by Eng. George Nady) to ensure accurate installation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Communication, Electronics, or related field), or Bachelor's Degree in Business.
- Experience: 5+ years of total experience, with at least 1 4 years of direct sales experience in fire alarm, firefighting, or physical security systems in Egypt.
- Technical Expertise: Practical knowledge of Fire Alarm System components (panels, detectors) and physical security hardware.
- Direct experience with Simplex products is highly preferred.
- Expertise in Egyptian Fire Codes and NFPA standards.
- Skills: Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
