Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute business development plans via calls, face-to-face meetings, cold calling, emails, networking.
- Meet monthly & quarterly KPIs (volume & value).
- Manage client expectations.
- Provide client training and regular performance reviews to maximize retention.
- Update reporting dashboards for all sales activities.
- Coordinate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing for client-related issues.
- Collect market insights and stay updated on laws and local developments.

Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of sales experience (Automotive and Real Estate experience is a plus) OR fresh graduates with prior sales experience.
- Nature of Experience: Experience in client acquisition, door-to-door sales, (Retail experience not required).
- Must own a car and license.
