Job Description
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote coaching programs and generate qualified leads.
- Guide potential clients through the full sales process, answer questions, and support them in selecting the right program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate CRM records, and report on pipeline and performance.
- Manage and moderate the company’s social media channels, responding to inquiries and engaging with the online community.
