Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new business accounts within the ICT and telecommunications sector.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.

Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with technical, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and after-sales support.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

1-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in ICT or telecommunications.

Strong understanding of ICT, networking, and telecom solutions and their business applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

V.Good in English.
