Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives and drive mutual success.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory or portfolio.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and maximize client engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
- Represent Art zone at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
