Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including technical, support, and product teams to deliver seamless service and project implementation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance and growth opportunities.

  • 1-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT Products and services
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
