Role Overview
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, driving revenue, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. This hybrid role combines onsite client engagement with the flexibility of remote work to maximize productivity and impact.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to win business within assigned accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client objectives.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
