Roles & Responsibilities
1. Map enterprise accounts and key stakeholders
Identify and document all relevant contacts and decision-makers within enterprise accounts to ensure focused engagement and effective relationship management.
2. Conduct discovery to understand IT support and talent needs
Engage with clients to uncover their IT support gaps, staffing requirements, and strategic priorities to tailor solutions effectively.
3. Present tailored Support Plus and Talent Plus solutions
Deliver customized presentations that clearly demonstrate how our services meet the client s specific IT and talent requirements.
4. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
Coordinate on delivering detailed service proposals, manage pricing and contract discussions, and secure formal agreement to finalize the sale.
5. Maintain relationships for renewals and expansions
Foster long-term client relationships to drive contract renewals and uncover opportunities for additional service offerings.
6. Coordinate internally for smooth delivery
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of services and client satisfaction.
7. Provide market and competitor insights
Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and improve service positioning.
