Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts within the Saudi market
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for software solutions
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (C-level preferred)
  • Understand client business needs and position tailored software/application solutions
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling proposals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

Desired Candidate Profile

3 6 years of experience in B2B sales within software / IT solutions companies

  • Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or similar role
  • Strong experience in the Saudi market (Riyadh preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, or application solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
