As a Sales Account Manager at Cyberani, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts within the cybersecurity sector. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their cybersecurity needs, and Coordination of delivery solutions that drive value. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Core Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients in need of cybersecurity solutions. Support lead generation and qualification efforts.
• Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Act as the primary point ofcontact for account-related matters
• Solution Selling: Understand client needs and propose appropriate cybersecurity solutions in collaborationwith technical teams.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a working knowledge of cybersecurity products and services offered, and stayinformed about industry trends.
• Presentations & Demos: Assist in delivering product presentations and demos to prospective clients, withsupport from pre-sales engineers.
• Pipeline Management: Track opportunities, update CRM systems, and provide accurate sales forecasts
• Client Support Coordination: Ensure smooth onboarding and coordinate with support teams to address client issues post-sale
• Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities or threats.

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business track.
• +3 - 7 years of experience
