Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
- Responsible for monitoring all products sales plan execution and clients distribution as needed to increase sales.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve the monthly sales target, & implement all procedures related to sales to meet customers demand.
- Compile monthly Sell-Out reports to periodically know the percentage of sales target achieved and the sales position of our products compared to competitors' sales.
- Monitor all changes in the market, the activities of competitors and report to manager to contribute to corrective market action.
- Communicate with the direct manager periodically to know what changes are made in the prices of products to remain competitive.
- Track product inventory to focus on items for customer supply to seize a sales opportunity.
- Monitor and ensure after-sales service queries are attended to timeously and all parties are kept up to date.
- Weekly sales reporting (and corrective recommendations) to manager.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4-6 Years of experience in home appliances sales.
- Candidates currently residing in Dammam or Eastern Province are highly preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Consumer Appliances/Electronics Account Manager in Mass-Retail and the Independent Channels.
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Strong Presentation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
