Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for software solutions in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B business opportunities within target industries and accounts.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
Collaborate with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and client onboarding.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
Represent Namaa IT at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within the software solutions or IT services sector.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in Saudi Arabia and Gulf markets.
Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, digital transformation, and IT services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region as required.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
