Roles & Responsibilities
- Missions
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients.
- Prepare and develop commercial offers by mastering sales and negotiation techniques.
- Maintain and consolidate commercial relationships with our customers.
- Ensure meticulous follow-up of files and offer personalized service.
- Identify and respond to customer needs.
- Assess and anticipate potential risks for our customers.
- Profile
- Business Skills:
- Mastery of B2B sales techniques, negotiation, call center.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Management of the complete sales cycle (prospecting, follow-up, closing, loyalty).
- Technical skills:
- Understanding of cybersecurity issues; Audit and compliance.
- Knowledge of managed SOC offerings, network security solutions.
- Interpersonal skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken French (English would be a plus).
- Customer orientation and sense of service.
- Teamwork and collaboration with the technical team.
