Sales Account Manager Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales targets while leading the team to meet or exceed collective goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal and team KPIs.
• Mentor, motivate, and coach account managers to enhance their sales performance and professional growth.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing guidance and regular feedback.
• Identify team training and development needs and coordinate appropriate learning activities.
• Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely, effective resolution.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Recruitment, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development) to deliver seamless client service.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and leverage insights for pipeline and performance management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, revenue, and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within recruitment or HR tech.
• Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized sales teams (3 7 members).
• Hands-on experience in SaaS and CRM systems is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
