Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, well-presented, and energetic service across all communication channels.
- Demonstrate expert-level sales and persuasion skills to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth transaction completion and customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit deep product and service knowledge, representing the company with pride and confidence.
- Work within clearly defined KPIs and performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-focused environment.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Deliver outstanding customer service with strong English communication skills (CEFR Level B2 or above / IELTS 6+).
Bachelor s degree in administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce, or a related field.
