Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES RESULTS

  • Receives orders from sales representatives and sales representatives/drivers and registers them into the system.

  • Resonds to customer phone calls (inquiries, complaints, orders etc.) and assignes the necessary actions to the appropriate person in the organization.

  • Generates reports on customer debts and the associated collection schedule.

  • Managing itineraries of tracks, renewals of vehicle permits, service etc.

  • Monitor credit control in lieson with category managers, producing list of the customers whose payment exceeds agreed limits (overdue).

  • Produces and communicates to the sales director a report evaluating credit performance of the clientele on a quarterly basis.

  • Receives the collection receipts issued by the finance and spots the unpaid invoices.

  • Updating list prices into the system, in cooperation with the sales director.

  • Issues delivery notes and invoices. Collects and files the delivery notes acknowledging customer debt signed by the customer.

  • Culculates and updates customer credit limits in cooperation with the category manager.

  • Managing logistics of inbound comanufactured production.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
