Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer and sales order data in company systems (CRM/ERP).
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and compare results against targets.
  • Draft and process sales offers, quotations, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding invoices and collections.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to check product availability and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
  • Organize and archive sales contracts and related documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably within real estate development or brokerage firms.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and brokerage processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
