Roles & Responsibilities
Missions
To ensure the administrative management of customer orders (receipt, entry, validation).
Manage delivery notes, invoices, credit notes and commercial documents.
Ensure follow-up on payments and reminders if necessary.
Coordinate between the sales, production and logistics teams.
Update sales dashboards (sales tracking, reporting).
Profile
Perfect mastery of Excel (pivot tables, filters, formulas).
Good level in the use of management software (ERP / CRM).
Good written and oral communication skills.
Mastery of ordering, invoicing and logistics tracking processes.
