Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Administration (ADV)
- Enter and track customer orders.
- Prepare the invoices and delivery notes.
- Ensure the follow-up of deliveries.
- Managing customer complaints.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics departments.
- Training in management, commerce or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, management software).
- Sense of organization and rigor.
