Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales administrators process sales orders, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle customer's inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support, often acting as a liaison between customers and the sales team.
  • Maintain sales records, generate reports, and track sales performance, contributing to sales forecasting and analysis.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Sales administrators help maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the sales pipeline, ensuring that sales data is up-to-date and readily available.
  • Handling orders delivery to customers and manage team of delivery repesentitives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication is crucial for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational abilities are needed to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, and prioritize workload.
  • Accuracy is essential in processing orders, managing data, and ensuring compliance with sales procedures.

  • adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred
  • Pervious experience in CRM software (oddo ) is a plus .
  • Minimum of 2 years experience preferable on IT system integrator.
  • Understanding sales processes and procedures is beneficial for effectively supporting the sales team
