Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Track customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Manage invoicing and commercial documents (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices)
- Coordinate with the various internal departments (production, logistics, accounting)
- Respond to customer requests and handle their complaints
- Monitor sales performance indicators and customer satisfaction
- Update customer databases and sales records
- Associate's degree (Bac+2) or Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in business, management or a similar field
- Desired experience in a similar position (1-2 years)
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Internet) and possibly in business management software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Team spirit, rigor, and responsiveness.
