Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Track customer orders from receipt to delivery
  • Manage invoicing and commercial documents (purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices)
  • Coordinate with the various internal departments (production, logistics, accounting)
  • Respond to customer requests and handle their complaints
  • Monitor sales performance indicators and customer satisfaction
  • Update customer databases and sales records

  • Associate's degree (Bac+2) or Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in business, management or a similar field
  • Desired experience in a similar position (1-2 years)
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Internet) and possibly in business management software
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Team spirit, rigor, and responsiveness.
