Roles & Responsibilities
- Enter, process and track customer orders
- Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders and invoices
- Track deliveries and manage complaints
- Update customer data and tracking spreadsheets (ERP / Excel)
- Tracking payments related to finance
- Organization and rigor
