Roles & Responsibilities

  • Record and track customer orders.
  • Ensure follow-up on deliveries and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics department.
  • Update the customer database.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Prepare sales reports and dashboards.

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 or Bac +4) in management, commerce or equivalent.
  • Desired experience in a similar position.
  • Good mastery of Excel and computer tools.
  • Sense of organization and rigor.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
