Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Enter and track customer orders in the ERP (quantity, mix, balance, destination).

  • Check product availability and delivery times.
  • Coordinate shipments with the logistics department.
  • Keep customer files and sales data up to date.
  • Prepare regular reports on commercial activity.
  • Stock monitoring and updating of customer databases.
  • mission and control of purchase orders, invoices, credit notes and commercial documents.
  • Customer complaint management and dispute resolution.
  • Sense of organization and administrative rigor.
  • Good understanding of accounting and finance
  • Proficiency in computer tools (ERP, spreadsheet, word processing) and telephones.
  • Analytical mind and responsiveness to unforeseen events.
  • Rigour and a sense of priorities
  • Interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service.
