Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sales Administrator

  • Enter and track customer orders (wholesalers, retailers, points of sale)
  • Prepare quotes, delivery notes and invoices
  • Ensure follow-up on deliveries with the logistics team
  • Managing customer relationships and handling complaints
  • Track payments and follow up with clients
  • Update customer and product databases
  • Prepare sales reports

  • Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bac +2 / Bac +3 in business, management or equivalent
  • Experience in distribution (ideally cosmetics) desired
  • Good mastery of Excel and computer tools
  • Master's degree in French (Arabic required)
