Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Administrator
- Enter and track customer orders (wholesalers, retailers, points of sale)
- Prepare quotes, delivery notes and invoices
- Ensure follow-up on deliveries with the logistics team
- Managing customer relationships and handling complaints
- Track payments and follow up with clients
- Update customer and product databases
- Prepare sales reports
- Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +2 / Bac +3 in business, management or equivalent
- Experience in distribution (ideally cosmetics) desired
- Good mastery of Excel and computer tools
- Master's degree in French (Arabic required)
