Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Administrator
- Enter and track customer orders until delivery.
- Prepare and verify commercial documents (purchase orders, invoices, contracts, etc.)
- Coordinate with logistics and accounting to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.
- Manage and update the customer database.
- Participate in the development of sales monitoring reports and suggest process improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac+3 in commerce, management or equivalent.
- Proficiency in office tools.
- Organizational skills, rigor and team spirit.
- Good interpersonal skills, responsiveness and ability to manage priorities
