Order management

• R receive and record customer orders.
• Verify the conformity of orders (prices, commercial conditions, product references, deadlines).
• Enter the orders into the ERP / management software.
• Track orders until delivery.

Relation client

• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Handling complaints and disputes (delivery, invoicing, quality).
• Inform customers about deadlines, availability and commercial conditions.

Internal coordination

• Interface between the sales, logistics, production and accounting teams.
• Stock monitoring and coordination with the supply department.
• Transmission of commercial information to the relevant departments.

Required skills

Knowledge

• Knowledge of business and logistics processes.
• Mastery of administrative sales management.

Expertise

• My proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Analysis of commercial data.
