Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Record and track customer orders
  • Check the terms of sale (prices, deadlines, discounts)
  • Ensure the follow-up of deliveries in conjunction with the logistics department
  • Manage invoicing and administrative documents related to sales
  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring quality after-sales service
  • Update customer databases and dashboards
  • Monitor payments received and follow up with clients in case of non-payment.
  • To act as the interface between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments
  • Participate in the preparation of sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bac +2 to Bac +3 in business, management or equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficient in computer tools (Excel, ERP, CRM)
  • Knowledge of commercial and administrative procedures
  • Fluency in French (English is a plus)
