Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Record and track customer orders
- Check the terms of sale (prices, deadlines, discounts)
- Ensure the follow-up of deliveries in conjunction with the logistics department
- Manage invoicing and administrative documents related to sales
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring quality after-sales service
- Update customer databases and dashboards
- Monitor payments received and follow up with clients in case of non-payment.
- To act as the interface between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments
- Participate in the preparation of sales reports
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +2 to Bac +3 in business, management or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in computer tools (Excel, ERP, CRM)
- Knowledge of commercial and administrative procedures
- Fluency in French (English is a plus)
