Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage qualified leads.
- Present products and services to prospects in a consultative, value-driven manner.
- Build strong relationships and maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales and performance KPIs.
- Accurately log activity and maintain records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leaders to continuously improve scripts, objection handling, and closing rates.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) must be confident in phone and video communication.
- 2 3 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Experience using CRMs (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
