Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers visiting the branch in a professional manner
  • Present and sell Learnex Egypt services, including:
  • English language courses for adults and children
  • Test preparation courses for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and other exams
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable courses
  • Persuade potential clients by clearly explaining course benefits and learning outcomes
  • Follow up with leads and work toward achieving sales targets
  • Accurately record customer information and maintain sales reports
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work Location: Learnex Egypt Branch Qena

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be resident in Qena Governorate (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to deal professionally with customers inside the branch
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Ability to use office equipment such as printers
  • Acceptable level of English
  • Commitment, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
