Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new clients.
  • To present and explain our services.
  • Responding to calls, emails and messages from prospective clients.
  • To ensure rigorous follow-up and support clients throughout their entire process.
  • To achieve the business objectives set by the company.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Go t for prospecting and customer relations.
  • Sense of organization and rigor in order tracking.
  • My mastery of digital tools (email, messaging, calls, CRM).
  • Team spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Motivation to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Communication or technical/scientific field (Bac+2/+3/+5 depending on profile).
  • Prior experience in sales, prospecting or customer relations is an asset.
  • My mastery of English is a plus appreciated.
